About the Facilitators
Dr. Oladotun Reju, affectionately called “Dr. Dot” is a lifelong learner and the founding Pastor of The Kingdom Citizens’ Pavilion, Jos City Nigeria. Trained as a banker, he has been in ministry vocation for 26 years. He is the Visioner of the Kingdom Citizens International School and Kingdom Citizens College, and serves as the Director of Patris Empowerment Initiative, a Social-Political Action group for the promotion of responsible Governance and citizenship in Nigeria. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from University of Lagos, Master’s in Christian Leadership from The West African Theological Seminary, Lagos and a Doctoral degree of Transformational Leadership for the Global City from Bakke Graduate University, Seattle WA, USA.
In addition to pastoring the Kingdom Citizens Pavilion, he also serves as the Chief Resource Person of the Jos based Center for Transformational Leadership. Dr Reju has been stewarding the Theology of Work Grant Program for the University for the United States based Mustard Seed Foundation for about thirteen years.
C. Ruth Taylor, a.k.a “The Rocket-Writer,” is a bestselling author of over 25 books . She works with published and aspiring authors to write and publish their books to achieve their God-given mission and their personal and financial goals.
Ruth is the CEO and founder of BambuSparks (Extra MILE Innovators Limited); creator of the Authorpreneur Secret$™ Academy, the Design to Win Academy, the Caribbean Authorpreneur Summit and the Authorpreneur Secret$™ podcast.
She is also certified career coach and trained educator. She is on a mission to raise up 10,000 winning Caribbean Authorpreneurs (author entrepreneurs) by 2030. Since 2003, she has spoken in at least 14 countries across the Caribbean, Latin America and Africa. Ruth is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Transformational Leadership at Bakke Graduate University.
Training Outcomes/Benefits
This 6-hour training program is geared towards church and organizational leaders, Christian entrepreneurs, career professionals, and all of us engaged in some form of work. Our three main goals and targets are:
